Connect CC Switch to APITokenRouter

CC Switch is an open-source desktop app that manages provider configuration for Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Codex, Gemini CLI, OpenCode, OpenClaw, and Hermes Agent in one panel.

New accounts start with a $0 balance — top up before your first request. Top up from $5. If a request returns 402 with "wallet balance is insufficient", your balance is empty — your base URL and key are fine. Top up and retry.

1. Install CC Switch

Use version 3.16.5 or later.

macOS users can install it with Homebrew:

plaintext
brew install --cask cc-switch

Or download the installer from CC Switch Releases:

  • macOS: .dmg or .zip
  • Windows: .msi installer or portable .zip
  • Linux: .deb, .rpm, or .AppImage

If macOS Gatekeeper blocks the first launch, open System Settings, go to Privacy & Security, and allow the app.

plaintext

Press Enter or Space to select it. The selected row displays an active marker. Then run hermes to start a session.

Pay with USDT or USDC
